Bookrite (the “Site”) is a product of Lifestyle Creations (“Lifestyle Creations,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Bookrite is a book-creation platform that lets you write, illustrate, and publish books. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription or the purchase of Bookrite Tokens, which are spent on usage-based features such as additional pages, character regeneration, public release, and publishing services. 3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site that is provided by us — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, illustrations, character designs, project names, brand names, and software — is the property of Lifestyle Creations or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our content without our prior written consent. Content that you create or upload to Bookrite remains yours; see Section 5 for the limited license you grant us in connection with operating the service.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to it
